Quality of Caps are good, however I had to contact company 3 times to receive any tracking information for the order. I almost cancelled and initiated a chargeback since there is no clear way to contact a human. Someone named Jenica responded to my email after 2 days, then sent tracking 2 days after the response. The hats took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive with no explanation from anybody at the company as to what happened. Ended up using another brand for my client’s project due to time constraints of the late shipping. Bery disappointed.
First order of the Brimco Performance hats. Customer loves them for how they fit and feel compared to other brands.
I highly recommend the Brimco 200 performance hat. I’m an XL hat guy and it fits comfortably on my large head, breathes nicely, and the colors are sharp.
I especially like how comfortably it fits. Other brand hats I am constantly adjusting or taking off as my head is getting too hot and itchy.
